TRADING TERMS (in UK)

  ORDERING: Check on availablity of animals by E-mail To: John Duncan, ( Stud Manager ) , john-duncan@virginmedia.com PAYMENT : (Following confirmation from us that the animal/s are available) By either by full amount, including postage to our bankers . Details will be given at the time of order. On receipt of payment, a period of 10 days will be observed to allow the following to take place. a) Preparation and dispatching of the animal/s b) Receipt of the animal/s by purchaser and checking all is OK. c) Confirmation, via E-mail, by the purchaser to the Stud that the animal/s have arrived safely. d) If we have not heard from the purchaser during the 10 day period, it will be assumed that all is in order and no requests for refunds will be concidered, outside this 10 day period. TRANSPORT. ( within the UK) a) We will ensure that all animals are transported in the best conditions possible , either by Royal Mail (1st Class) or courier and as indicated, the Stud will be responsible for the well-being of the animals untill delivered to the purchaser. b) All costs related to the delivery of the animals will be met by the purchaser. Should however the animals not meet the purchaser's expectations, the Stud will reimburse the cost of the return transport, provided the animals are returned in a sound condition, within 10 days of them leaving our paddocks. TRADING TERMS. (outside the UK) Will be arranged on an individual basis. #############################
